Factory Acceptance Test: Ensuring Reliable Performance Before Shipment

At Kerong Gas, quality assurance starts long before equipment reaches the customer’s site.

Before shipment, every nitrogen generator and purification system undergoes a systematic Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) in accordance with our quality control procedures. Following a project-specific testing checklist, our engineers carefully inspect and verify key equipment components, instruments, operating parameters, temperature and pressure readings, gas quality monitoring, and PLC control signals.

Each testing step is carried out and recorded to ensure the system operates correctly and meets the project requirements.

Our goal is simple: to deliver equipment that is thoroughly tested, reliable, and ready for operation before it leaves our factory.
