PSA Nitrogen Generator

We use air as our raw material and employ carbon molecular sieve (CMS) as the absorbent in our process. The selective absorption of oxygen by CMS, compared to nitrogen, is pronounced under specific pressures. Through a programmed on-and-off sequence of automatic pneumatic valves, towers A and B alternate to achieve pressurized adsorption and depressurize desorption. This meticulous process ensures the effective separation of oxygen and nitrogen, reaching the targeted purity of nitrogen. To cater to varying needs, we offer two types of nitrogen purifiers, enabling customers to attain an exceptionally high purity of up to 99.9997%.
