Hydrogen/ Nitrogen/ Argon Gas Recovery System

The gas recovery system is designed to eliminate dust, most oil, and other impurities from the exhaust gas. Subsequently, the gas passes through a gas-water separator to eliminate a significant amount of water and some oil. The roots blower pressurizes the gas into the deaerator, removing oxygen and generating water while releasing substantial heat. The purified gas then undergoes further treatment, passing through a cooler, condenser, and gas-water separator to remove water. It proceeds through a filter to eliminate oil, and to conclude the purification process, the gas passes through another dryer to further eliminate residual oil, water, and carbon dioxide. Once the desired purity is achieved, the gas is redirected for consumption. Customizing the process according to specific impurities ensures the attainment of the required purity level.
