Kerong Gas Delivers Two 400 Nm³/hr Hydrogen Gas Recovery Systems to Steel Industry

Kerong Gas has successfully delivered two sets of 400 Nm³/hr Hydrogen Gas Recovery Systems to a major steel factory. These systems will be used in the galvanized steel annealing process, helping improve efficiency and reduce hydrogen consumption.

Facing rising energy costs and increasing market competition, the customer sought an effective solution to optimize energy usage and lower operating expenses. By implementing our hydrogen gas recovery systems, the factory can reuse hydrogen from the annealing furnace venting, significantly reducing waste and energy consumption.

According to the customer’s evaluation, the investment is expected to achieve a payback period of approximately 8 months, delivering strong economic benefits.
