Kerong Gas Introduces Hydrogen Deoxo Nitrogen Purification System

For applications requiring ultra-high-purity nitrogen, a conventional PSA nitrogen generator may not be enough.

A standard PSA nitrogen generator can typically achieve nitrogen purity up to 99.9995%. However, when customers require purity levels such as 99.9999% and extremely low impurity levels, an additional nitrogen purification system is required.

Kerong Gas offers a Hydrogen Deoxo Nitrogen Purification System designed specifically for these demanding applications. By using hydrogen to react with residual oxygen in the nitrogen stream, the system effectively removes oxygen and produces ultra-high-purity nitrogen.

For this project, the customer already had a hydrogen source available on site and required the hydrogen content in the final nitrogen to be no more than 3 ppm. After evaluating the application, our engineering team recommended the Hydrogen Deoxo purification solution to achieve the required nitrogen purity and impurity control.

Combined with a PSA nitrogen generator, the system provides a complete solution for 99.9999% ultra-high-purity nitrogen production, making it suitable for demanding applications in the chemical, electronics, laboratory, pharmaceutical, and other high-purity gas industries.
