Kerong Gas Successfully Commissioned Nitrogen Generator for Heat Treatment Furnace

Kerong Gas has successfully delivered, installed, and commissioned a nitrogen generator plant for a heat treatment furnace application. The customer ordered a nitrogen generation system with a capacity of 200 Nm³/h and a nitrogen purity of 99.99%, fully meeting the stringent requirements of heat treatment processes.

The package includes a nitrogen storage tank, designed to support peak nitrogen demand and ensure stable supply during purging and high-consumption operations. After several days of on-site supervised installation and commissioning by Kerong Gas engineers, the system has been thoroughly tested and verified for performance, safety, and reliability.

The nitrogen generator plant has now been officially put into operation from the New Year, providing the customer with a continuous, efficient, and cost-effective on-site nitrogen supply for their heat treatment furnace. This successful project once again demonstrates Kerong Gas’s expertise in delivering reliable nitrogen solutions tailored to industrial heat treatment applications.
