Nitrogen Generator Delivers 2,000 Hours of Stable Performance for Lithium Battery Manufacturer

A lithium battery manufacturer in Inner Mongolia recently shared highly positive feedback after installing a high-purity nitrogen generator supplied by Kerong Gas. The customer previously relied on liquid nitrogen but sought a more convenient, cost-effective, and reliable on-site gas solution. After evaluating multiple options, they selected our 300 Nm³/hr nitrogen generator with 99.9995% purity.

To help the customer achieve rapid deployment, our engineering team designed a fully integrated skid-mounted system. The air compressor, air purification components, and nitrogen generator are consolidated into a single frame, enabling true plug-and-play operation. Upon arrival at the customer’s facility, the equipment required only simple connections to the power supply and outlet piping before it was ready for immediate startup.

Since commissioning, the system has operated continuously for over 2,000 hours with zero downtime, providing stable, high-purity nitrogen essential for lithium battery production. The customer expressed strong satisfaction with both equipment performance and overall user experience, highlighting the significant reduction in operating costs and improved production efficiency.
