PSA Nitrogen Generator Achieves 99.9997% Purity Without Additional Purification

Kerong Gas continues to push the boundaries of PSA nitrogen generation technology. Our advanced PSA Nitrogen Generators can achieve nitrogen purity up to 99.9997%, with oxygen content no higher than 3 ppm, without requiring an additional nitrogen purification unit.

Even more impressively, with a standard refrigerated air dryer, the system can achieve a nitrogen outlet dew point below -65°C, eliminating the need for an additional desiccant air dryer under suitable operating conditions.

Two Kerong Gas PSA nitrogen generation systems are already demonstrating stable performance at customer sites:

• Chemical Industry: A 450 Nm³/h PSA Nitrogen Generator, rated at 99.9995% purity with a dew point of -65°C, has accumulated nearly 3,000 hours of stable operation.

• Heat Treatment Industry: A 320 Nm³/h PSA Nitrogen Generator, rated at 99.9995% purity with a dew point of -65°C, has successfully operated for nearly 9,000 hours.

Remote operating parameter screenshots from both installations provide real-world evidence of their operating performance.
