Modular Nitrogen Generator Completed for Pharmaceutical Client in Uzbekistan

Kerong Gas has successfully completed factory testing of a modular nitrogen generator for a pharmaceutical client in Uzbekistan. The system is now being arranged for shipment via the international train.

The client ordered a nitrogen generator with a capacity of 5 Nm³/hr and a nitrogen purity of 99.999%, with strict cleanliness requirements for pharmaceutical use. To ensure ultra-clean nitrogen output, the system is equipped with our standard dust filtration as well as an additional sterilizing filter at the nitrogen outlet. In addition, the end user will operate the system with an oil-free compressed air source, further ensuring gas purity and sanitary compliance.

The modular nitrogen generator is constructed using stainless steel and aluminum alloy materials and features a pressure-vessel-free design, making it especially suitable for pharmaceutical, food, and beverage industries. Its modular structure allows for compact installation, high safety, and reliable long-term operation.
